Finger Foods:Menu and Quote

Fully catered finger food is just that! We do all the work, cooking, serving, washing, cleanup & rubbish. There is the option of pre-dinner nibbles or two hours of unlimited finger food.

Pre-Dinner Nibbles

are served for approximately one hour and consist of 3 baked pieces and 3 fried pieces of food per guest as shown below. Please see the booking form to select your choice. We arrive approximately ½ an hour prior, serve your guests, have about a ½ hour break then start your main course. This is very popular with weddings while the photos are being taken.
All served main meals have the option of pre-dinner nibbles on the booking form.

Prices for pre Dinner Nibbles; 20-40 heads: $10.00 per head, 41+ heads: $9.00 per head

Fully Catered Finger Food

is served for two hours. All foods for either option are presented on a platter with condiments and serviettes are and served to your guests. ALL of the hot foods listed in both the deep fried and the baked section below are served with no limit to how much your guests can eat! You also have the option of mini hot beef rolls (best suits night functions) or club sandwiches (best suits afternoons). We arrive 30 minutes prior, serve for 2 hours, then clean up & go.

Baked Foods made by us

Home made sausage rolls, with tomato sauce.
Pastry dogs, your favorite hot dog wrapped in puff pastry with capsicum & cheese.
Pizza subs, a great variety of toppings on toasted French sticks available for meat eaters & vegetarians.
Baby Quiches, made right here by us at our shop. Many varieties available from ham & cheese to vegetarian.
Savoury meatballs, cooked balls of mince with carrot, capsicum, onion, herbs & spices.
Specialty pies, the size of muffins, again cooked by us .Many varieties available including beef & veg, chicken & veg, lamb & rosemary & more.
Croquets, two varieties available. One is with garlic & cheese the other is with curry and rice.
Curry vegetable rolls & vegetarian rolls, both very popular and are a mix of pumpkin, corn, potato, peas, onion, carrot etc wrapped in puff pastry.
Pastie rolls, mince beef, potato, carrot, peas, corn, onion, wrapped in puff pastry.
Tasty potato balls, mash potato rolled in bread crumbs and filled with either bacon and onion or parmesan cheese.

41-60 heads $17.50 p/h, 61-80 $17.00 p/h, 81 - 100 $16.50 p/h (2 Caterers)

 101 to 150 $16.00 p/h,  151 to 500 $15.50 p/h (3 or more caterers)

Babies 0-4yrs 1/4 serve for 1/4 adult price

Kids 5-9yrs 1/2 serve for 1/2 adult price

This quote is accurate in price and goods and is valid until the 31/3/12 subject to availability and our terms and conditions. GST included and Staff when served. We guarantee there are no extra charges other than our travel fee when served on site, see tab for details.
