Option 2: Set up and go
We come to your function with the salad containers, trays for the
bread and the potatoes. We set up your buffet table and tend your guests for 1/2 an
hour of serving time. You need to provide plates, cutlery and serviettes, 2 trestle
tables, 9 tongs and a small knife as we leave the buffet and utensils set up for
your guests to continue self serving as they please.
The cost is $9.50 p/head for 40 (minimum) to 70 heads plus travel charge
$9.00 p/head for 71 heads or over plus travel charge
“Travel Cost” (staff time, fuel and vehicle) fees are listed here.
“Final payment is required on confirmation of your final head count. Payment on the
day is not accepted, please enquire.
This quote is accurate in price and
goods and is valid until the 31/1/12 subject to availability
and our terms and conditions.
