Option 1: Hot and ready for you to pick up and self
serve
Option1 is pick up for self serve only: All foods are hot and ready
to
serve. You need to provide your plates, cutlery and serviettes, 9 tongs, salad bowls
and a platter or dish for the sausages and rissoles.
The cost is $10.00 per head up to 40 heads, minimum of 15 heads
$9.50 for 41 heads and over
For kids up to the age of 9yrs $5.50 p/h |
Option 2: Set up and go
|
We come to your function with the salad containers, the trays for bread and the
sausages and rissoles etc. We set up your buffet table and tend your guests for 1/2
an hour of serving time. You need to provide plates, cutlery and serviettes, 2
trestle tables and 9 tongs as we leave the buffet and utensils set up for your
guests to continue self serving as they please.
The cost is $12.00 p/head for 40 (minimum) to 70 heads plus travel charge
$11.00 p/head for 71 heads or over plus travel charge
For kids up to the age of 9yrs $6.50 p/h
This quote is accurate in price and goods
and is valid until the 31/1/12 subject to availability and
our terms and conditions.
